Job Description:
A company is looking for an Engagement Manager, Financial System
to manage multi-stakeholder relationships and drive finance system
change.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure balanced engagement with stakeholders throughout the
benchmark development process
Organise global and regional events, setting objectives and
managing follow-up actions
Support engagement with financial institutions and contribute to
monitoring and evaluation efforts
Required Qualifications
4-6 years of experience in engagement-related roles
Familiarity with the finance system, including experience with
asset managers, banks, or pension funds
Passion for sustainability and understanding of key issues in the
field
Ability to work across diverse virtual teams and cultures
Experience in running collective engagements is an advantage
