Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Success Engineer for federal
clients.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary technical authority on the cloud security
platform, addressing customer technical requirements
Drive product implementation, adoption, and long-term value for
customers
Perform quality assurance during the final stages of the Software
Development Lifecycle
Required Qualifications
3+ years in Cloud Security Engineering, Customer Success
Engineering, or Technical Account Management
2+ years of experience with federal customer success
1+ year of experience in cloud technologies
DoD TS eligibility with active SSBI clearance
Foundational experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, or similar cloud
platforms
