Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vice President of Client Services in
the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance sector.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of global accounts, ensuring client satisfaction
and business growth
Lead a team of Client Services Experts to enhance service quality
and implement process improvements
Develop strategic plans to drive revenue opportunities and provide
transformative solutions for clients
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in call center industries, particularly in
Banking and Financial Services
8+ years of direct client-facing experience within the Banking and
Financial Services space
Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
Experience in the BPO (outsourcing) field is preferred
Strong financial management skills, including budget forecasting
and P&L responsibility
