A company is looking for a Bilingual Senior Manager Retail
Client Insights.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with content delivery and client satisfaction
Lead client training initiatives on the platform and tools
Identify process improvement opportunities and facilitate issue
resolution
Required Qualifications and Education
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
2-3 years of experience working with retailers in the FMCG
space
Strong command of Microsoft Office 365 and CRM platforms, notably
Microsoft Dynamics
Ability to build relationships with key groups and individuals at
leading retailers
Self-starting and highly accountable with an entrepreneurial
mindset
