Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Director of Cash Posting
to provide strategic leadership and oversight for the cash posting
function within their revenue cycle.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee processes for efficient cash posting and manage
interdepartmental communications with billing vendors and
receivables
Monitor accounts receivable and implement corrective measures to
ensure compliance with performance metrics
Lead a team, manage vendor relationships, and drive process
improvements to optimize cash flow
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in medical/healthcare billing with strong
knowledge of revenue cycle operations
5+ years of leadership experience managing direct reports
Experience with third-party billing service providers or revenue
cycle management software
Thorough understanding of medical billing processes and Medicare
regulations
Proficient in Microsoft Office products, especially Excel
