A company is looking for a CSX Services Product Manager to join
their Customer Success & Experience organization.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver a compelling Customer Success portfolio that drives value
across the customer journey
Establish go-to-market strategies for services offerings, including
positioning, pricing, and packaging
Drive successful launches of new services offerings and guide
service strategies for new product introductions
Required Qualifications
10+ years of professional experience in Customer Success management
roles within the software/SaaS industry
Proven success leading cross-functional, large-scale strategic
programs or global initiatives
Experience in defining and implementing effective services
strategies and marketing programs
Firm understanding of technical solution deployments and customer
adoption expectations
Independent self-starter with the ability to work efficiently in a
fast-paced environment
