Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Radiology Team Lead to join our team at Northwest Texas Healthcare System. As a key member of our imaging department, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, supervising staff, and ensuring the highest level of patient care.Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of radiologic technologists and support staff
• Oversee the daily operations of the imaging department, including scheduling, patient flow, and equipment maintenance
• Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and department efficiency
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
• Provide education and training to staff on new procedures and technologies
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and hospital policiesRequirements
  • Current ARRT or ARRT Registry Eligible certification
  • Texas Medical License
  • CPR certification
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in radiology, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
