Home Health Nursing OpportunityAveanna Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Health Nurse LVN to join our team in providing high-quality care to our patients in need.About the RoleAs a Home Health Nurse LVN, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of patients, providing one-on-one care and support to help them achieve their healthcare goals.Responsibilities

• Implementing physicians' prescribed plans of care
• Patient assessments and coordination of care
• Administration of prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
• Timely documentation of care provided in our system of record
• Health promotion, teaching, and training of family membersQualifications
  • Active, unencumbered license (RN/LPN/LVN) in the state of practice
  • Current CPR certification from the American Red Cross, American Heart Association, or BLS
  • TB skin test (current within the last 12 months)
