Job Description:
A company is looking for a Behavioral Healthcare Manager to join
their team remotely.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with treatment teams, including members, families, and
providers
Manage care coordination, utilization management, and case
management for assigned caseloads
Facilitate behavioral health referral management and connections to
community supports
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling,
Psychology, or Nursing
Active Pennsylvania License (LCSW, LSW, LPC, and/or LMFT)
Minimum one year of direct practice experience in Adult and/or
Children's Behavioral Health
Two years of experience in Psychiatric Adult and/or Children's
direct practice is required for Registered Nurses
Understanding of Pennsylvania treatment and community services is
preferred
