Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Global Compensation and
Payroll Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Manage payroll processing for US and India employees using ADP
Workforce Now
Coordinate with global payroll partners and ensure compliance with
tax filing requirements
Conduct compensation analysis and prepare compensation statements
and agreements
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years of experience in global payroll and
compensation
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting/Finance, or a related
field
2+ years of experience using ADP Workforce Now for payroll
processing
Prior experience processing payroll for the US and India
CPP certification preferred
