Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director, Sales Technology to lead
the planning and implementation of sales technology tools across
North America.
Key Responsibilities
Create and update a technology strategy to enhance sales growth and
retention
Regularly assess and optimize technology performance and user
adoption
Implement and integrate new technologies while providing training
and support to end-users
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or marketing
Five or more years of experience managing sales development teams
and SaaS technology
Expert level understanding of modern sales tools like Salesforce
and Outreach
Proficient in data analytics and reporting
Five or more years of team management experience
