Job Description:
A company is looking for a New Business Consultant to oversee
the onboarding of new retirement plans.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the onboarding and setup of 35-45 new retirement plans,
ensuring timely completion
Act as the primary contact for advisors and plan sponsors,
facilitating effective communication
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth
implementation and transition processes
Required Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced computer skills
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a
fast-paced environment
Self-motivated with experience managing various types of retirement
plans
Experience working cross-functionally with diverse teams
Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex
issues
