• Certification Details
• Must be registered in vascular as RVT or RVS by ARDMS or CCI and have NM state ultrasound licensee -RVT/RVS required.
• BLS/BCLS certifications required.

  • 75 MILE STRAIGHT LINE RADIUS RULE (not driving distance) - NO LOCAL TRAVELERS -When submitting candidates include at least two references (one must be from current manager), a resume, and completed skills checklist/competency assessment.
  • Candidate must have credentials and NM state licensing (medical Imaging or Radiation Therapy).
  • Candidate must be able to perform general and vascular.
  • Candidate must have advanced knowledge in basic knowledge of imaging equipment.
  • Candidate must be able to work cohesively with other team members.
  • Must be a team player, flexible and accustomed to fast paced environment.
    • Job Requirements
    • Must be registered in vascular as RVT or RVS by ARDMS or CCI and have NM state ultrasound licensee -RVT/RVS required.
    • BLS/BCLS certifications required. BLS must be completed through American Heart Association, American Health and Safety, or American Red Cross.
    • EPIC EMR experience preferred.
    • 2 years experience in current specialty required.
    • Must have successfully completed at least one 13-week travel assignment.
    • The individual must demonstrate skills necessary to function in the Echo lab.
      • Schedule Information
      • 12-14 hour variable shift position.
      • Shift start 0800/0700.
      • On Call requirements: Yes, Sunday 2130-0700 and vacation coverage.
      • Weekend requirements: Yes Fri 0800-2130, Sat 0700-2030, Sun 0700-2130.
      • Shifts may fluctuate to fulfill department staffing needs.
      • Holidays may be required.
      • Travelers are first to float within facility and to alternate locations within 20 miles of permanent assigned location.
      • Traveling pairs are not guaranteed same schedules or same shifts.

        • Travelers must not have been an employee of the Presbyterian Healthcare Services system for 12 months from last day worked, in order to be considered for a travel position.
        • State tax is passed through to your agency and will be reflected on your invoice. The state tax should be paid to the state of New Mexico.
        • ENSURE AN ACCURATE SS# and DOB IS ENTERED. IF NOT, TRAVELER MAY BE PUSHED/AGENCY SUSPENDED (creates I.T. onboarding issues).
