Job Description:
A company is looking for an Internal Quality Improvement
Supervisor to drive improvements in performance and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead quality and process improvement projects within the Internal
Quality Improvement Program
Develop and analyze Lean/Six Sigma monitoring reports to ensure
contract compliance
Collaborate with the Quality Director on quality improvement plans
and CMS site visits
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred
3+ years of progressive quality improvement experience
2+ years of experience leading improvement teams or projects
Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt certification or higher
3+ years of supervisory or team leadership experience
