Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bilingual Support Representative
(Korean) to provide customer support to merchants and sales
representatives.
Key Responsibilities
Provide phone and email support for merchants and sales reps
Assist merchants with troubleshooting credit card processing
equipment and related systems
Handle routine account maintenance and updates regularly
Required Qualifications
Fluent in Korean, with the ability to read, write, and speak
proficiently
Technical aptitude and ability to navigate multiple computer
systems
Self-starting and driven with the ability to multitask
Flexibility to work outside of normal business hours as needed
Quick and eager learner, passionate about building client
relationships
