Job Description:
A company is looking for a Personal Emergency Response Associate
to provide assistance to elderly and medically-at-risk
individuals.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to incoming calls and triage assistance based on
established protocols
Update Subscriber data accurately in the data management system
Troubleshoot maintenance alarms and ensure uninterrupted service
for Subscribers
Qualifications and Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent required (GED)
Call Center or Customer Service experience
Basic Computer and Microsoft Windows skills
Satisfactory background check and CORI check
A quiet, distraction-free workspace for remote positions
