Job Description:

A company is looking for a Manager, Scaled Sales JSM to lead a sales-driven team focused on growing top accounts within the SMB segment.

Key Responsibilities

Drive sales and revenue growth by leading a team of Scaled Sales Associates
Develop and implement sales strategies, goals, and quotas to achieve team targets
Monitor sales metrics and provide regular reporting to senior leadership

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in sales management or a related field
Experience in coaching and developing sales teams
Strong understanding of sales metrics and performance tracking
Ability to collaborate effectively with marketing and product teams
Experience in the SMB segment is preferred
