Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service
Representative who will support inbound calls from US-based members
and providers regarding health and wellness inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
Actively listen to customers to understand their concerns and build
rapport
Provide essential information about access to care issues,
benefits, and member coverage
Navigate multiple computer applications to assist customers
effectively
Required Qualifications
18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year of previous call center experience
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Experience with Medicare and/or Medicaid is a plus
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and
holidays
