Position Details:
Title: Aircraft Maintenance Site Lead
Location: Clovis, NM (Cannon Air Force Base, NM)
Shift: Night Shift, typically 9pm to 4am (2100 to 0400), 5 days per week
Travel: 30%, average travel is approximately 1 week per month.
Compensation: $60K - $65K annually depending on experience and qualifications

Position Description:
As the Aviation Maintenance Lead you will be responsible for cleaning jet engines with our patented foam technology and leading a team of 2-4 technicians. This role is physically demanding and can require lifting up to 50 lbs. We are looking for someone who can perform basic mechanical and electrical troubleshooting on company equipment, enjoys working outdoors, and is focused on following safety/compliance processes while identifying ways to innovate and provide value to our customers. In this position, you will frequently drive a vehicle under DOT regulations, work with heavy equipment, and manage (environmentally safe) fluid waste streams. You will also be responsible for tracking and inputting data into manual and digital forms as well as maintaining records of performance.
--- Managing personnel schedules and workload to meet customer requirements
--- Collaborating with coworkers and management on policies and procedures
--- Installing & removing wash equipment on jet engines
--- Preparing company equipment for operations (inspecting & servicing equipment, etc.)
--- Operating equipment safely and identifying anomalies
--- Collecting waste and properly disposing of the waste stream
--- Collecting on-site data & inputting data into forms
--- Coordinating schedules for aircraft availability
--- Proactively and effectively communicating with customers and internally with other teammates and leadership
--- Perform preventative and repair maintenance on mechanical equipment
--- Maintaining an extremely professional attitude, communication style, appearance and overall service delivery

Requirements:
--- 7+ years of military or commercial experience in mechanical industry (aviation experience preferred)
--- 2 years leadership position (preferred)
--- Initiative, drive and autonomy
--- Valid driver's license
--- Ability to pass a DOT physical
--- Ability to pass and maintain a clear background and frequent/random drug tests
--- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
--- Proven excellence in following and maintaining safety precautions while working around large commercial equipment
--- Proven experience in innovating processes to increase revenue, delivery times and/or an enhance customer experience
