Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer inquiries and troubleshoot basic technical
issues
Utilize systems and technology for account management tasks
Recognize sales opportunities and promote upgrades
Required Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating
system
