Job Description:

The role of a Patient Care Technician at BSA Hospital involves providing high-quality patient care under the supervision of nursing staff. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to prioritize tasks effectively.Responsibilities

Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and other activities of daily living.
Observe patients' progress to prepare and disseminate reports to Registered Nurses.
Obtain and record patients' vital signs and collect specimens for lab tests.
Provide basic patient transport and housekeeping duties.
Work under the guidance of nursing staff to prioritize patient care tasks.Qualifications
- BLS certification within 30 days of hire or transfer into position.
- Preferred qualifications include a High School diploma or equivalent, and completion of High School PCT competencies.
