Job Description:
A company is looking for a Provider Services Representative to
join their Provider Services team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily interactions with members, brokers, providers, and
vendors
Monitor and track work-in-progress issues to ensure timely
resolution
Participate in process improvement initiatives and comply with
operational standards
Qualifications
1+ years of experience in a fast-paced, customer service-oriented
environment
High school diploma or GED
6+ months of payer claims experience (preferred)
In-depth knowledge of general insurance and/or health insurance
(preferred)
Experience with data entry in a production-driven environment
